British Gypsum Gyproc Thermaline Plus is an insulated plasterboard laminated with expanded polystyrene, designed to achieve mid to high levels of thermal performance. Its closed-cell structure provides built-in vapour control, making it a cost-effective choice for both new builds and refurbishments. With zero Ozone Depletion Potential and a Global Warming Potential of less than 5, it’s an environmentally sound option.

This board features an ivory Gyproc WallBoard front and an orange extruded polystyrene backing, delivering a thermal conductivity of 0.19 W/mK for the WallBoard and 0.033 W/mK for the extruded polystyrene. The closed-cell structure of the polystyrene ensures enhanced insulation performance.

The board is available in a tapered edge finish, and once joint treatments have fully dried, it’s ready for decoration. Gyproc Thermaline PLUS Insulated Plasterboard is especially suited for rooms with low-level insulation needs, such as bedrooms. It’s also eco-friendly and entirely free from CFCs and HCFCs.
