Essential Tile and Grout Sealer Spray is a VOC-compliant, solvent-based formula designed to penetrate grout effectively while providing resistance against both oil and water-based stains. This sealer allows the surface to breathe, ensuring it remains protected without altering the appearance of the material. It leaves no difficult-to-remove residue on ceramic tiles, porcelain, glass, stone, or grout and delivers a non-yellowing, long-lasting finish. Coverage extends up to 15m² per 600ml can.

How to Apply:

  1. Preparation: Ensure the area is well-ventilated and wear appropriate personal protective equipment, including gloves, eye protection, and a vapour mask.
  2. Surface Cleaning: Ensure surfaces are clean and free from any waxes, sealants, or coatings.
  3. Application: Shake the can well before use. Hold the can 25-40cm from the surface and spray evenly. For vertical surfaces, wipe away excess product.
  4. Drying: Allow the solution to dry for 1-2 hours. To test the effectiveness, drop water onto the surface. If it absorbs rather than beads, apply additional coats to achieve optimal protection.

Important Note: Wait 1-2 hours before testing the surface with water droplets. If absorption occurs rather than beading, a second or third coat may be required to achieve the desired results.
