Everbuild Tecnic Silicone 825 is a low modulus, neutral curing silicone sealant formulated using a filled alkoxy curing system. This advanced formulation allows for extended tooling time, making it ideal for longer joints.

Typically used for expansion joints in stone, brick, concrete, and composite panels, it is also perfect for perimeter pointing around various window and door frames. The sealant provides excellent weatherproofing for most external applications, as well as construction and dilation joints, where stress is not applied until the sealant is fully cured.

Standards Compliance: Conforms to ISO 11600, achieving Class F25LM and G25LM when tested to the relevant ISO standards.
