Everbuild EVBB2FIREGUN Firefoam B2 is a fast-setting, one-part polyurethane foam with fire-resistant properties. This foam expands up to 50 times its original volume upon application and meets DIN 4102 Part 1 standards for construction materials, Class B2. Once cured, it can be cut, sawn, or plastered over in just one hour, provided the working temperatures (can and surfaces) are between +5°C and +25°C, with an ideal temperature of 20°C.

The foam's enhanced fire rating significantly slows the passage of flames and smoke compared to standard B3 grades.

Everbuild EVBB2FIREGUN is designed for gun application, making it perfect for sealing gaps around pipe entries through fire-rated walls, providing fire-resistant seals around window and door frames, and filling electrical wire chases prior to plastering. It is also suitable for filling deep joints before applying sealants or plaster, and for sealing irregular gaps in stone, brick, concrete, or plaster.

Additionally, it is ideal for fixing door frames, timber structures, windowsills, thresholds, and window frames. The foam can also be used for insulation behind cladding on exterior walls, soffit and barge boards, and even in automotive applications.
