Kingspan Kooltherm K110 Soffit Board

Kingspan Kooltherm K110 Soffit Board is a high-performance insulation product featuring a fibre-free rigid thermoset phenolic core. It incorporates a glass tissue-based facing on the front surface and a low emissivity composite foil on the reverse, providing superior thermal performance. This board is resistant to water vapour, making it suitable for a variety of applications.

The Kingspan Kooltherm K110 Soffit Board is manufactured under an ISO-certified management system, including ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management), ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management), ISO 37301:2021 (Compliance Management), ISO 45001:2018 (Occupational Health & Safety), and ISO 50001:2018 (Energy Management).

Facings:

The inner facing of the Kingspan Kooltherm K110 Soffit Board is made from a glass tissue-based material, which is autohesively bonded to the insulation core during production.

The outer facing, which is exposed, consists of a low emissivity composite foil, also bonded to the core during manufacturing. It’s important to note that the primary function of this facing is not aesthetic; for applications where appearance is critical, advice should be obtained from the Kingspan Insulation Technical Service Department.
