The Siniat GTEC Weather Defence External Sheathing Board (12.5mm) is a robust, moisture-resistant, and non-combustible sheathing solution that significantly accelerates construction schedules.
With a water-repellent facing, it offers excellent weather protection. Thermal insulation can be seamlessly installed within the frame and either mechanically or adhesively secured to the board. BBA-approved, this board is ideal for use as an external wall façade panel in both timber-frame and steel-frame buildings.
Utilising advanced gypsum core technology, GTEC Weather Defence ensures excellent fire safety and sound insulation from inside-to-outside and vice versa, meeting the latest building regulations for safe and comfortable spaces.
Compatible with a variety of cladding systems, it serves as an ideal substrate for insulation, rainscreen, or masonry cladding, acting as a dependable weather barrier.
